Are you ready to feel better?
I am not taking on new people at the moment. Not because the door is closed, but because I refuse to compromise on the quality of this work. Join the waitlist and I will write to you personally when a place opens. Meanwhile, you have all the tools on realisemyself.com to start restructuring your life. Start with your environment, the mind will follow. If it gets less messy on the outside, you will already be happier on the inside :)
What working with me gives you
Your well-being is my purpose. You are saving time, because I only work with the latest evidence-based coaching tools, combined with the latest elements from psychological research. No recycled motivational fluff: what we do has a reason.
You can rely on the soothing feeling of working with a mindset strategist who truly understands you in your current situation. My background is in psychology, and I hold the view that psychological safety and a meaningful coaching relationship are the key determinants of client success. Feeling understood and comfortable is the foundation for the work that follows. Rest assured, I got your back.
This approach has helped my clients across Europe, the US, Canada, Singapore, Japan, China, India and Korea shift their lives from chaos to calm.
What we actually work on
Your brain likes to be right. It collects evidence for what it already believes, including the beliefs that keep you small, stuck or exhausted. Working with me is reprogramming in the truest sense: we find the learned beliefs running in the background, question who installed them, and replace them with ones that serve the life you actually want.
I specialise in mental health, in creating purpose, clarity and motivation, and in digital wellbeing: supporting you to stay healthy, mindful and productive in the age of digital distraction, so you feel connected with yourself rather than with your smartphone.
Neurodiversity coaching and mentoring
More and more people are feeling comfortable to disclose that their brain might work in a different way. So let me emphasise something first: no brain works in the wrong way. Unfortunately, sometimes your preferences for how the world is set up can be different from those of the people around you. That can feel challenging, but there is nothing wrong with you, and this is not your fault.
If you are diagnosed neurodivergent, or you simply feel that things like overwhelm, high sensitivity, emotional difficulties, or the sense of not quite fitting in apply to you: talk to me. Together we will help you to feel not only okay, but great to be yourself (again).
This is not a side interest: as part of my clinical work, I have been involved in and led neurodevelopmental assessments for a wide variety of clients. That work gave me the insight and experience to understand, and address, the challenges the world can impose on people's brains.
For companies
I also run workshops on boosting performance and wellbeing within your organisation. As intended, and without "squeezing" your employees: the aim is to help them, and their managers, feel their best so that they can do their best. Sustainable performance grows out of wellbeing, not despite it. For direct enquiries, email hello@realisemyself.com.
I hold two Masters degrees, in business psychology and in clinical psychology. My coaching is based on an ICF-accredited systemic coaching education and incorporates elements of NLP and acceptance and commitment therapy. In practice I combine evidence-based systemic coaching tools with techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy, compassion-focused therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, shaped by work with more than 100 clients worldwide.
Why this matters now
Mental health describes our psychological and emotional wellbeing. Although invisible from the outside, it strongly determines how much energy you have, how much you enjoy life, and how happy you are with your work, your relationships and yourself.
Wellbeing itself is multidimensional: physical health, mental health, relationships, purpose, clarity, basic needs. Critically, the absence of one single component can significantly impair the whole.
And here is the quiet truth: surveys keep finding that well over half of people report feeling stressed, and a substantial share experience symptoms of anxiety or low mood, yet only very few actively reach for support. If any of this feels familiar, please hear it gently: reaching out is not weakness. It is the first, quietest act of taking your life back.
Our work together is all about you. We start by understanding what happened to you, where you are now, and how we can move forward from here. What matters to me is your lived experience, and how you can feel confident, content, vital, and alive again.
